Our Design Build Consulting services apply to all budget and facility requirements as approved by the owner, assembles the architect and other engineering disciplines team to develop the construction documents, manages the general contractor and other project consultants and all subcontractors, creates and manages the project timeline and works with the government building officials and all regulatory agencies.

Our engineering and building industry professionals provide expert consulting review and reports about existing structures’ ability to resist an earthquake. Most buildings do not meet current code requirements and we can investigate the conditions that affect resistance to earthquakes, and what should be done to improve safety. Our reports are strictly confidential.

Our basic earthquake resistance consulting services can also be extended to comprehensive design analysis, construction management services. Our goal is to assist you in upgrading to a safer building. The building owner can perform the work with some their own professionals, or rely on us for any part of the process.
