OUR STORY

Simply put, relying on a combined total of decades of experience, we have designed and built quality buildings on time and within budget, and provide professional construction management and engineering consulting and forensics consulting services for the private and public sectors. Our President and Chief Engineer, D. Ross Fleetwood P.E., is designated and approved as a 100% Disabled Veteran, and D R Fleetwood Consultants, LLC is approved as a DVBE. Such designation applies to Federal, State and other government projects that require participation by DBE and DVBE.

While customer satisfaction drives every aspect of our business, integrity, quality workmanship and architectural and engineering talent have served as the foundation of our business and reputation. We have proudly served as general contractor, design build contractor and construction manager for many of Southern California’s companies and agencies, as well as those clients for whom we are equally proud to have been able to make a difference in their endeavors.
