ROSSMORE TOWERS

D. Ross Fleetwood first became involved with the Rossmore Towers as part of the structural engineering team, including the lateral analysis, structural masonry, and design of all precast – prestressed concrete elements. He then came on board with the Contractor as project manager and ran the project from start to finish. The project was 311 senior living units, two towers 14 stories high, with full common areas for health services, food services and other amenities.
