Services included construction management with Parking Structure Builders, Inc.

The garage consisted of one level on-grade and five-elevated levels, providing 410 stalls within the structure. We utilized the long-span Cunningham Beam System, a dual moment frame-shear wall system for seismic resisting loads, and a 5” post-tension concrete slab that provides a clear un-obstructed, double-loaded aisle with typical bay spacing of 18’x61’.

During the construction phase, we were able to accommodate additional stalls to the garage without impeding the project timeline.
