BRAEMAR COUNTRY CLUB

D. Ross Fleetwood provided through his general contracting businesses multiple projects over several years for Braemar Country Club. The initial project was a design/build complete remodel and two story addition for the main clubhouse. Subsequent significant projects, most of which were design/build, included a full commercial kitchen remodel and upgrade, locker room and restroom remodeling, main and guest parking lot replacement and expansion, and a two level concrete parking structure. This business relationship resulted in many other projects at other country clubs owned or operated by ClubCorp.
