We provide state-of-the-art skills for consulting management of small to large scale construction projects from conceptual design through construction, from corporate, government, partnerships, to turnkey owner based endeavors. Site investigation as well as expert witness forensic consulting are also within our realm of services.
Our President, D. Ross Fleetwood, P.E., is a professional engineer licensed in California and Texas. As a U.S. Army combat engineer officer veteran he is also designated and approved as a 100% disabled veteran, with approval for DBE and DVBE designated projects for federal and state locations with the SBA.
